The project provides for 2,550 apartments, 330 offices and 35 shops in 22 blocks of different storeys. In addition to the internal infrastructure of this large-scale complex, providing comfortable accommodation or recreation, there is a green urban park with an area of 36,500 m2 with a unique landscape design and an artificial river, outdoor fireplaces with recreation areas, picnic areas and much more.
The project of the complex includes apartment layouts from 1 +0 to 4 +1 and provides spacious balconies.
