Our villa is located in the Ovacik Fethiye region, 10 km from Oludeniz and 18 km from the center of Fethiye. The famous city of Oludeniz, one of the main attractions of Fethiye, is less than a 10-minute drive away.

The villa with its own pool and a huge garden is suitable for a secluded family vacation for up to ten people. Our villa is situated 300 meters from the sea. The pool is shielded from prying eyes and is ideal for conservative families. The fifth bedroom of our villa is located outside the main building and is designed as a guest house.

Living room - with a view of the sea and nature, furnished with relaxation furniture, satellite TV (LCD display), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 8 people, access to the terrace by the pool, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Balcony - with a view of the sea and nature, a table for 2 people.

Other amenities: iron, ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials.

Electricity, water, daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the cost. The villa is provided for rent in a clean state and comes with towels and bed linen for 10 people.

Minimum rental duration is 7 nights.

A deposit is required upon check-in, which is refundable to the tenant upon departure in the absence of any damages to the property.
