The villa is located in the elite area of Yalıkavak, Bodrum, one of the most beautiful bays in the region. The villa has an area of 700 m2 with a magnificent sea and city view. Our villa features 8 bedrooms, 2 lounges, and 1 kitchen, all decorated in a modern style. Here you will find a large private pool, sauna, parking for 5 cars, and a gym. The premises include a private garden, private pool, sunbathing area, loungers, umbrellas, dining tables, relaxation area, and barbecue.

FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: spacious and modern open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, and other kitchen equipment. Living room: sea and city view, comfortable seating, LCD satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table, access to the poolside terrace. Electricity, water, daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the rental price. The villa is provided for rent in a clean condition, with towels and bed linen.

Minimum rental period is 7 nights.

A deposit is required upon check-in, and it will be refunded upon check-out in the absence of any damages or property losses.
