Our luxurious villa is located in the central area of Kalkan, just 50 meters from the sea. A unique view of the sea and nature can be enjoyed from all rooms, balconies, and the garden with a private pool.
ON THE PROPERTY, the villa features a garden, private pool, sunbathing area, sun loungers, sun umbrella, rattan furniture, dining table, and barbecue. Pool dimensions: width 4m, length 10m, depth 1.5m.
FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen - spacious and modern open-plan kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, and dinnerware for 12 people. Living Room - opens to the terrace with the pool, furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, baby cot, balcony. Bedroom 4 - double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom (this bedroom is located in the basement level).
Other amenities on the villa include an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning materials.
The rental cost includes electricity, water, gas, internet, as well as daily maintenance of the pool and garden. The villa is provided for rent in a clean condition, and it includes towels and bedding for 8 people.
Minimum rental is 7 nights.
Upon check-in, a deposit is taken, which is refunded to the tenant in the absence of any damages.
