9+2 Villa
We have 5 villas in our region.
Each villa has a private garden, private pool and parking.
Each villa has 9 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms.
The distance to the sea is 3 km, to the main road - 800 m, to shops A101, BIM, ŞOK - 800 m, to Cleopatra beach - 4 km.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen.
Our apartments and villas look as shown in the photos.
For each excess of the specified number of guests, a fee of EUR 40 per night is charged for each additional person. The villas cannot be rented out without the knowledge of the owner, and the entrance of unauthorized persons is prohibited.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 300 euros is taken for the apartment, 500 euros for the villa.
Upon departure, payment will be made for electricity (9.90 TL/kW), water (90 TL/ton), Internet (150 TL/day) and cleaning (1,500 TL for apartments, up to 3,000 TL for 5+2 villas, and 4,500 TL for the largest 9+2 villa). After checking the house and deducting additional expenses, the remaining part of the deposit will be refunded.
At your request, it is possible to organize breakfasts, lunches, dinners or 24-hour restaurant service.
Prices for apartments and villas are relevant for 2024.
Additional services:
For early booking and 100% payment, a 15% discount is provided. In addition, half of the guests receive free SPA treatments, and the other half receive a 50% discount on these services. Customers who have made an early booking and full payment do not pay for cleaning.
