A similar situation could occur in Istanbul following a major earthquake. Experts predict a significant earthquake in Istanbul within the next 10 years, making the earthquake resistance of buildings critically important. Before buying a house, be sure to check the construction reports. Our villa uses C40 concrete, making our home earthquake-resistant and earthquake-proof.

Living in Istanbul comes with one of life's biggest challenges, living with earthquake risk. Our home is completely secure against all possible earthquakes. This home is safer to live in than any other home in Istanbul. In short, it is earthquake-proof. Additionally, it is located by the sea and is built to accommodate disabled individuals. This home is essentially a fortress. It was not built for sale, so only the highest quality materials were used.

C-40 concrete and raft foundation were used in the construction of the building.
The electrical system was built using German-made cables, each connected to a separate fuse system before the wall was built. Each floor also has its own fuse panel.
The basement is insulated for water and heat, eliminating problems such as moisture or water ingress.
There are 7 toilets in the building, all built using first-class materials.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
The building facade uses composite panels and silicon facades in some places.
The window systems are aluminum with electric roller shutter systems. The windows are laminated for break resistance and are tinted for thermal insulation; special gas has been injected between the layers.
The building is made of aerated concrete blocks and sprayed with polyurethane foam. Due to the lack of joints, heat loss is minimized; this system has also been applied under all screeds.
The building has three entrances: two are steel doors with concrete-filled safes. There is also a balcony entrance with a ramp for easy access for wheelchair users.
The pool system is active with a cleaning robot. Additionally, there is a special chair for elderly and disabled individuals to enter and exit the pool.
There are two heating systems: natural gas and a heat pump system. There is a boiler, so there are no hot water issues.
There is a 35 kW generator.
The elevator system is hydraulic; it automatically descends to the next floor in case of a power outage or can be manually raised to the upper floor. It services all four floors.
All kitchen accessories are Blum brand.
The entire building is surrounded by a camera system and has an alarm system inside; it is extremely secure.
There is a cold storage room in the basement: one is -24°C deep freeze, the other is +4°C. It is made of stainless steel, first-class materials, and is used to make all our winter products (jam, beans, pickles, tomato juice, paste, pasta).
The ground floor has a large lounge with an open kitchen, a guest toilet, and a bathroom/toilet.
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The 3rd floor is designed entirely as a single room, spacious with excellent views, a hidden balcony, bathroom / toilet, steel roof, and plenty of cupboards; it also has one room.
The building roof is covered with metal granulated tiles and has special insulation.
A lightning rod system has been installed near the building.
