This Hotel & Spa is located in Bodrum, with 40 rooms overlooking the garden and pool. It features a spa center and a central pool. It is just 20 minutes from the world-famous Yalikavak Palmarina Marina, 500 meters from the beach, 15 minutes from the historic center of Bodrum, and 45 minutes from Bodrum-Milas Airport.
The area where the hotel is located is rich in orchards producing the sweet tangerines and delicious lemons for which the region is famous, and is home to one of the best beaches on the Bodrum Peninsula.
The hotel consists of 5 blocks and 6 blocks, including the main building. Each block has elevators reaching the parking level. The property has seven elevators: six for guests and one for maintenance. The exterior cladding of the buildings features mixed cladding elements, including plaster and paint, aluminum, and wood (teak) cladding, as designed. The 800-square-meter pool area is covered in wood.
Interior flooring is colored marble, and granite ceramics of various types and patterns are featured in the lobby. Granite and marble are used in the columns. Ceramic and marble materials were used in the flooring and wall coverings of the wet areas. All spaces in the building are finished with high-end luxury materials.

Premium Garden Rooms are 35 m² / 376 sq. ft. and are located on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and featuring a balcony/garden furniture. Set in private landscaped gardens, they feature double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests.
Grande Rooms are 40 m² / 430 sq. ft. and are located on the top floor. Juliette balconies overlook the pool and botanical gardens. These rooms feature double beds and a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests and include a kitchenette.
