This hotel is the first and only hotel in Turkey with 18 fully accessible rooms. The entire facility has been certified by the Dutch and German Social Security Administrations for travelers with disabilities.

The hotel opened on May 1, 2004. It holds a 5-star tourism license certified by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Approximately 165 employees work during the operating season.
Water and sewerage are connected to public facilities. A reverse osmosis system, installed in 2013, purifies seawater into potable water with a daily capacity of 450 tons, helping to reduce operational water consumption costs at the facility and preserve natural water resources.
The entire facility is equipped with a central air conditioning system. In 2008 and 2009, all cooling systems were upgraded with environmentally friendly and energy-efficient Italian Robur systems, which run on natural gas and can supply hot water during cooling. The system is active 24 hours a day. Air conditioning is available throughout the hotel.
Hot water is supplied by high-efficiency solar collectors made in Germany, which utilize hot water discharged from the Robur systems. The hot water heating system is powered entirely by solar energy. Therefore, the majority of the resort's energy needs are met by renewable energy sources.
The resort is constructed on five separate plots. The total building area is 35,771 m², including 23,846 m² of covered and 11,925 m² of semi-covered areas.
