On an area of 110 m2 on the shores of the Sea of Marmara, in one of the most ";European"; micro-districts of the Zeytinburnu district, there is a prestigious residential complex in the style of ";new urbanism";. When developing the project, the task was to preserve the cultural heritage of Istanbul, to give new life to its historical monuments.
