Jumeirah Beach Residence (Arabic: مساانااطئ جميرا, English: Jumeirah Beach Residence, also known as JBR) is a residential area located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in the Dubai Marina area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The residential area is stretched in length by 1.7 km along the gulf coast and covers an area of 2 km2. It includes 40 buildings with a height of 17 to 49 floors (35 apartment buildings and 5 hotels were built). There are 6917 apartments of various sizes and layouts in the buildings of the array (from studios with an area of less than 70 m2 to penthouses with an area of more than 500 m2).
