AZIZI Florence is a modern multifunctional complex in the Dubai South area. The project consists of 60 towers designed in the style of Mediterranean Italy with elements of modern architecture. The project plan includes its own cable car connecting the complex with the Dubai Metro. Al Maktoum Airport is also located nearby. A distinctive feature of the project is an 18-kilometer freshwater lagoon with artificial waves.
The complex includes studios, apartments with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms and villas. The interiors are made in a modern style with a wide range of colors and shades. The walls and ceiling are painted white, the floor is lined with large-format beige tiles. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with modern household appliances.
There are huge green areas, park areas, hotels, schools, hospitals and many retail outlets.
