Projet d'investissement à Jūrmala, Lettonie, 5 099 m²

The project of a hotel located in an exclusive location, in a dune zone, among century-old pine trees, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga, the Baltic Sea. The distance to Riga is 20 km, to the airport 10 km.

The site is located in the center of Jurmala, Republic of Latvia, in the dune zone, in the area of Dzintari street. The distance to the beach is 30 meters. The land area of 1,884 m2 is privately owned, the total building area is 5,506.71 m2. According to the approved project, the building has a height of 6 floors, with an operational roof and underground parking.

The project has passed all approvals, and a construction permit has been obtained. Preparatory work has been carried out on the land, including the installation of fences around the perimeter of the site, the dismantling of old buildings, and the partial cutting down of trees and shrubs. Currently, the land plot is ready for the start of construction work. An equivalent exchange is possible for objects in the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, as well as payment in rubles.
