Villa by the blue sea, Solace
The villa has a total area of 497m2, on a plot of 375m2. The edge of the ground floor terrace is located 10 meters from the water and 25 meters from a small pebble beach, which is accessed by a convenient descent. The territory is surrounded by a high stone fence with a wrought-iron frame, which creates a sense of privacy and comfort in a small garden with palm trees, mandarin and lemon trees, as well as a kumquat. The villa consists of two parts - the main master building, and a part for employees (or guests) with a separate entrance, where there is a one-room apartment with its own kitchen, shower, balcony and a comfortable attic. The entrance to the large house begins with a wide stone staircase leading to a porch framed by columns. The massive double-leaf entrance door is finished with wood on a metal base. All wooden products are made and imported by order from Spain. A small freshwater pool is right there, between the columns. Underwater lighting creates a unique effect in the evening.
The basement is 30m2.
Ground floor: fireplace room with a large open fireplace decorated with marble and granite, a white and green dining room with an oval glass table, and a large kitchen with an island, fully equipped with culinary appliances; next to it is a guest bathroom with shower, finished with unpolished granite; bedroom; terrace.
Second floor: master bedroom with glazed wall and access to the terrace above the sea. This bedroom has a private bathroom, decorated with travertine (a kind of marble). Doors also lead from the hall to the second bedroom, an office and a bathroom with a shower. Everything is furnished with solid Italian furniture, high-quality and comfortable. There is a sofa in the office, which, if necessary, can be unfolded and a sleeping place can be arranged for delayed guests. If there is no need for service personnel or security, then you can combine the entire house into one by attaching a service apartment (security) along the plane of the second floor. Then the second floor will consist of three bedrooms, an office (another bedroom), two terraces and three bathrooms.
Third floor: There is a 12-foot snooker pool table. It was brought from Germany by special order and assembled by a master, taking into account all the subtleties of this aristocratic game. On the side there is a table with a green cloth for card games or solitaire. The huge room is practically a greenhouse under a semicircular roof, with columns trimmed with gray marble. Glass doors lead to an open terrace on the third floor, under the sun and stars. Here you can easily get rid of earthly thoughts, since the sea, and only the sea occupies the viewing space and there is a feeling of flying over this latitude of water. Immediately to the side, under the roof, there is a double bed with a canopy and curtains. It is a summer pleasure to relax over the sea with all the amenities. Without much apparent effort, the third floor can be converted into two spacious bedrooms or divided into one bedroom and a billiard room.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, and in the cool season, water heating is installed in the floors. The boiler for water heating can run on gas, electricity or tablets. The house is sold with furniture and all the necessary equipment. The house has all the necessary documents.
