The villa is located on a plot of about 700 m2, with an additional private access to the sea of about 300-400 m2.
The space in front of the villa is built into natural cliffs and includes a sunbathing area near the water, as well as a staircase leading directly into the crystal clear sea.
Anchors with buoys are installed in the water for safe parking of boats.

Villa size: total 340 m2, living area 285 m2 (without pool).
There is a private 11 × 4.5 m swimming pool with a sunbathing area and terraces.
A special pump system allows the use of seawater in the pool, which creates an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
